All prospective employees must possess the ability to clearly speak and proficiently read and write in English to perform essential job functions, and must demonstrate ongoing professional competency in their respective field by submitting 16 hours of continuing education to administration by December 31st of each calendar year. For the safety of our residents, an annual tuberculosis (TB) screening and physical examination are required, and all offers of employment are contingent upon passing a comprehensive background check, fingerprinting, and a pre-employment drug screening.
